How it works
If you’d like to purchase a product, click on the “select options” button. This will take you to the product page, where you can choose between different options (for example, greeting cards are available as a set of 2 or a set of 6). Make your selection and click “add to basket”.
At the top of the page below the main menu, click on the basket icon to see your chosen products, and finalise your order by filling in your information and making payment. After completing your purchase you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. You might need to check your spam box. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact me.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in my online store. You automatically agree to these terms and conditions when you place an order.
Contact only through email
If you have questions about your order, please contact me at email@example.com. Please include your order number and full name. You can also just reply to the order confirmation email. Please do not contact me about orders via Instagram.
All packages are sent each Friday. I am a sole proprietor (eenmanzaak in Dutch), which means that I do everything myself, including processing and shipping orders. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be sent the following Friday.
The orders are sent via PostNL. If you are in the Netherlands, the order should arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. Orders placed within Europe will most likely take 1-4 weeks.
Corona measures and shipping
Due to corona measures, shipping may take longer than expected. The exact delays are difficult to calculate and keep changing, but bear in mind it could be anything from a few weeks to a few months. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by these delays. For now store is only open to The Netherlands and selected countries in Europe because of the effect of the corona measures on shipping. We hope to open shipping to the rest of the world in the future. If you want to stay up to date about that, please subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on Instagram.
I do not make personal home deliveries and it is not possible to collect your order from my home address, due to privacy and time constraints.
Check your address and information
Please make sure that you fill in your shipping address and information correctly. Your order will be sent to the exact address you supply in the address section of the checkout. If you made a mistake, contact me before Friday to correct it.
If you did fill out an incorrect address and the order is shipped, Hahndiek Creative can take no responsibility if the parcel does not arrive.
Additional customs taxes are at your own expense.
Netherlands: Parcels are sent with online tracking by default.
Europe: You can choose to ship with or without track-and-trace. If you choose without track-and-trace and your order gets lost, unfortunately Hahndiek Creative cannot add tracking later on, nor find the parcel.
Order cancellation and returns
Hahndiek Creative does not accept returns on paper products. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the costs. Please contact me if you would like to cancel your order. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, it was an honest mistake on my part. Please contact me via email with your order number and attach a photo of your order as it was received, so that I can resolve the issue.
I take great care in shipping items in sturdy packages, but I can’t take responsibility for how the postal and shipping services handle parcels. If your parcel is damaged, please take this up with your local postal service. If the item inside is damaged that does make me sad. Although I can’t offer a full refund, please contact me if this has happened.
Rights and privacy
In all instances Hahndiek Creative has the copyright of all the products, illustrations and photographs in the online store. Under no circumstances may the products, illustrations or photographs be resold, repurposed, copied or reproduced in any way. If you would like a custom illustration or would like to license an existing piece, please get in touch.
Item out of stock
Hahndiek Creative stocks products in a limited capacity. Not all products will be re-printed and production on demand is not available.
If you leave products in your cart it does not guarantee stock. The stock count is updated every few hours so please fully process your purchase to avoid disappointment.
Commissions and custom orders
From time to time I take on commissions and custom orders. If you would like something, please get in touch and I will let you know my availability at the time. Note that a quote will be provided, and custom orders will be of a much higher value than item prices in my store.
